Good for exercise.
I received the Juoifip punching bag. I followed the instructions by putting water in the base for stability and filling the three sections with air using the included air pump. This thing is plenty big and sturdy for adults and would be fun for children. There are gloves to protect your hands. I don't think they are necessary unless you really work out on the bag. All in all, this bag feels like it will stand up well to a lot of use. Just in case something punctures it there are several patches included. I recommend this punching bag.

Love it, but doesn’t last
Have had it up for less than a week and it already has a very small hole/tear in the seam. Used the patch kit included but it doesn’t hold air now for more than an hour. So sad as we loved this.
