An enchanting journey.
Red, White & Royal Blue" is an enchanting journey that made me feel as though I had lived every moment alongside its vibrant characters. it's an experience that I've immersed myself in so deeply, it feels as though I've walked side by side with Alex and Henry through every twist and turn of their journey. Each page seemed to resonate with a personal connection, evoking emotions that were both genuine and intense. The book's ability to draw me in and make me feel like a part of its world is truly remarkable. The story's intricate details and heartfelt dialogues made the characters' experiences incredibly relatable, almost as if they were reflections of my own life. It's a rare gem that has left an indelible mark on me, much like a cherished memory. The thought of a movie adaptation only adds to the excitement, as it promises to bring this beautiful tale to life in a new and captivating way. I can't quite put my finger on why this story holds such a special place in my heart, but the book's magic is undeniable, and I was eagerly awaiting the movie to relive those cherished moments once again. And they did.

One of the best RomComs of 2023!
Where do I even begin? This has to be one of the best RomComs of the year!I picked up this book after watching the movie. I cannot believe I hadn't read this before. It had been on my TBR from a very long time but somehow I hadn't read it until now.I loved every single bit of this book. It had everything I ever wanted in a book. Best romance. Best main characters. Best plot. Also best side characters? I mean, can you believe it?There is so much background information for both the main characters in the book that was not fully implemented in the movie. Also, the emails exchanged between them? While watching the movie, I so badly wanted to read all the emails. The movie didn't have much screentime for it but the book captured every single email exchanged between them. I almost died of joy while reading them. God bless books and the extensive details they provide us readers!Alex and Henry are the best! I loved reading Alex's POV throughout the book. I would also love to read Henry's POV. Don't think that's possible though. What might be possible is a sequel. Although I would love a good sequel, I have mixed feelings about that. Because we all know how a sequel written purely as a fan service will turn out. Either way, this one is a fantastic book. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Decent read, but too long
Well, the author is capable of some beautiful romantic prose. The love story between two most privileged offspring of the world starts off well enough. It is fun to read about their privileged lives filled with power corridors and secret service secrets, so to speak. The intimacy between siblings and friends is evocatively described and may be the real saving grace of this book, which should have ended 100 pages earlier. I would have skimmed over easily 60 pages plus, still really did not miss much.

A Book That Became the Death of Me
The only qualm I have about this book is that the first chapter wasn’t good.It read like a bad wattpad book and rattled the expectations I had from the hype surrounding the book. And then, it took me on the most fantastic rollercoaster of emotions that left me curled up in my bed, clutching my kindle to my heart. All because of Alex and Henry. This book tugs at your heart, creeping in slowly like a puppy who only wants to be loved and in a matter of minutes, you come to this realization that you will go above and beyond for the puppy.I am not a fan of enemy-to-lover relationships. Not sure why but I’ve never seen a realistic one that I could really buy. But this just knocked that dislike out of the ballpark and turned me into a fan.(From this point on, there are very mild spoilers)I shipped them the second they started bickering. Alex with his stupid ‘I secretly have a crush on you but will pretend to hate you’ remarks and Henry with his ‘I’m supposed to be stoic but you’re so freaking cute’. They made me laugh so hard, especially when they had to pretend to be friends and then when they realized they’d actually become friends. That scene with the turkeys left me gasping for air because it was just so hilarious. The progression of their relationship was so well-done, especially with how they slowly came to a point where they were just comfortable being themselves with each other. And this was all without them even meeting. And when they were going to meet again, I was clutching at my pearls with excitement. When I tell you that this book took me back to when I was a thirteen year old obsessed with reading, it was amazing how, as an adult, it is now rare that I find a gem of a book that leaves me sleepless, unproductive, and unwilling to do anything except reading. My final note: those emails were the DEATH of me. Every chapter in the second half made me emotional and I will die for Henry and Alex. I will die for them.

Feel good rom com
This is the first time I've read a romantic comedy that has LGBTQ+ protagonists and I loved it. Happily ever afters are happily ever afters regardless of gender and this book is feel good, mushy, cute, funny, full of personality, cliches and the perfect happy ending. It brought smiles, tears and all the warm fuzzy feelings that rom coms usually bring on. I thoroughly enjoyed this one.
