i have purchased this item before multiple times and have loved it, the last bottle i got the scent got musty and there are thick particles in it and was not able to get a replacement as the refund policy does not allow.

This is my third time getting this product over the last year absolutely obsessed with my way zen smells like an expensive hotel, although it use to be more potent seems to get more watered down every time I get a new bottle. Last two bottles have had a defective dropper.

I used this with a waterless diffuser. Expensive one. I barely smelt it. I think I've gotten a better stronger quality in the mall. Don't waste your money.
