Good vacuum
The vacuum works great. I had one problem with the power cord and I contacted customer service. They were wonderful and so easy to work with. They were quick to respond and resolved the issues. I highly recommend this vacuum. Melissa in customer service was great.

Me gusto mucho la aspiradora, tiene buena potencia para succionar, la uso a diario en mi cama y sofá, aspira bien los pelos de mis mascotas y han disminuido mis estornudos por las mañanas cuando tendía mi cama. Hice una buena compra.

Got overheated after 2 mins
The product is full disappointment as it worked very little time and burnt. It became overheated after 2 minutes of work. And finally started igniting and burnt.

Love the vacuum cleaner. Very light, easy to use and cleans quite well. You can also extend your warranty to 3 years by registering your item. They even sent me two extra filters. Great buy.
