This is really just another military style backpack that so many companies are trying to capitalize on. Over the last 2 years I’ve tried 20+, 35-50 liter military style backpacks and all of them except for one had catastrophic failure within 6-9months heavy use. I’m expecting this one to last about 9 months of heavy use but I’m way more excited about this one because it’s plaid! It is going to be my winter backpack so hopefully it will last 2-3 winters. Also this exact style of tactical backpack is one of my favorite. But the plaid made me want this and I am definitely not disappointed. For the price this is a fair deal in my book….. unless it does not last this winter.

Nice backpack. I wouldn’t necessarily call it military grade, but it’s a nice bag for the money. A lot of nicely sized separate spaces to keep everything organized and easy to find. Fits my need pretty nicely.

So I was looking for a bag that opened up like a suitcase to pack my stuff when I'm on call and can't come home. This bag is a nice size, and you could go on a 2-3 or so day trip depending on how and what you pack. I rewear my jeans, so can just pack extra shirts, etc. There are lots of pockets, inside and out. I love the color and look of the bag. My only complaint is that I wish the zipper wasn't directly in the center of each compartment. If it were closer to the top part of the compartment it would given more room as it would be more like a suitcase. As it is, you can still store a lot but you have to layer it from the bottom up, and not from the side so much.

This is a great backpack for trips. We were able to fold several days worth of clothes and a personal carry-on using this backpack. We also loved that the side had a water bottle holder with an adjustable bungee cord to ensure whatever you slipped inside didn't fall out. It seems fairly sturdy but the backpack does not have the padding and comfort of a higher end backpack. Material itself is a little stiff. Overall happy and well update as I put more wear and tear on the bag.

This bag has a lot to like. It's got a variety of attachment points on the exterior including hook and loop and Molle grids. It's got plenty of strap adjustments and a lot of built-in organization with extra interior pouches.The bag is assembled well with consistent stitching and quality fabrics. I consider the zippers and buckles to be of average quality.I'm never a fan of the Paracord used for the zipper pulls because it leaves an unfinished look and with the number of zippers they can really get in the way. The side pockets seem a little small to be able to hold a sizable water bottle. Beyond that I have no complaints.It has a unique almost hidden pouch that would sit facing your back. It's hidden by the padding for your back.

Nice quality backpack. Great for hiking or travel. I like all of the pockets and it keeps everything organized. For hiking, this is very durable and I have used it to carry large rocks down the mountain and not seen issues with tearing or wear.

This bag is much larger than it looks at first! I tend to carry a FULL backpack, so super happy this bag feels strong and sturdy. Plenty of compartments inside and out to help stay organized. Straps to hold things, velcro for patches at the top, two water bottle holders. The zippers are well made and slide freely, and the shoulder straps are comfortable. The bright blue color really stands out (Not real crazy about that, but whatever)!So I have been issued a ton of backpacks as a park ranger and now that I am retired I just like the way tactical backpacks are built - strong and sturdy. However, they never have water bottle pockets and you have to buy the water bottle molle attachments that suck. It is amazing that this backback has them. They are a little small, but I am ok with that.I was going to give this to my wife but I think I have just changed my mine. time to get another one for her.....this one is mine.
