Good for 6/7yo
Child is 6.5yo boy, 4ft+ tall, 60lbs+Coach pitch baseballGlove fits nicely and son says it's comfortable. A little stiff as expected so I suggest loosening it a bit before having a young child use it.

Good Fit and Somewhat Broken In
If you're last minute like me, this glove will do the trick! We waiting too long to check out gloves for this season so I frantically ordered in hopes that this glove wasn't going to be too stiff. Whew! I got lucky! I also like the adjustable strap.

Great quality
Fit true to size. Bought this for my 7 year olds first year in league ball. It’s great quality and unlike anyone else’s glove so it’s easy to differ his from everyone else’s glove in the dugout

GREAT YOUTH GLOVE
This glove as been perfect for my son. He is 8 years old. He will turn 9 years old the time he plays this summer. Of course, with any glove we have spent some time breaking it in. So far, it has been an easy progress. My son reports that his hand feels comfortable inside the glove. He is able to squeeze it easily. The pocket is a perfect fit for the baseball and does NOT easily slip out. Easton brand is a good brand to go with. The 11 inch is a perfect fit for my son who is 8, going on 9 years old shortly. Also, we have visited many stores, with different selections. It has been a hard process with my son who throws left handed (needing a right handed glove). Purchasing this glove through Amazon has been the best. We are very satisfied. My son can't wait to get out on the field this summer.

Tee ball
Great option for the tee ball crowed. My son has pretty large hands for his age and this glove has enough room for him to grow into it.

Good all-purpose youth glove
This review is for the Easton red infield glove, 10-11" style.Overall, I think this is a good glove. While the style I received is technically for infield, a pee-wee kid could absolutely still use it in the outfield or as a pitcher. The webbing is durable and will easily handle kiddie foam practice balls as well as official youth hard baseballs. It's a good glove for kids to learn how to catch and get the ball out quickly to throw. The material is fairly soft to start and kids can use it right away, but it's better after several catch and throw sessions to break it in a little bit and make it easier for kids to close, especially as they are building up hand strength. The only annoying thing is there is a long tag on the inside that you will want to cut off, but it's hard to cut it close enough to the stitching were the tiny residual bit of the tag won't uncomfortably rub on the kid's hand. The velcro hand strap on the back of the hand gives you some sizing flexibility, but I think for kids of average height, this glove is probably ideal for ages 6-8. Maybe ages 5-7 if your kid is a little taller. Once your kid builds up more hand strength and they are in the age 7-8 range, you can look to graduate from this glove to something a little bigger. But overall...it's a solid choice for most kids moving from t-ball to pee-wee ball.
