I bought this as my dryer vents needed to be cleaned out . The vent is apx 15 ft in length . The amount of lint that the kit removed could have started a fire. The kit was easy to use , inexpensive for all the gadgets you get, and the quality of materials are average. Overall a good product!

If used correctly, this thing works well. I ended up with about 5lbs of sopping wet lint. Apparently, my dryer duct was completely clogged, and the new dryer was created lots of steam from the wet clothes. That stem hit the lint in the pipe and became water. I’m very glad I used this, otherwise the ceiling underneath would have eventually gotten wet from a leaking dryer vent pipe. I saved a ton of money by getting in front of that potential issue.

I noticed our dryer was taking longer to dry items like towels and bed sheets so I suspected we had some lint buildup. I used the dryer vent cleaning kit and was amazed at the amount of lint that came out. The kit is easy to use and I would recommend. You will be amazed at the amount of lint buildup.
