Did I experience calm? Tough to say. I did not experience anxiety, despite a kind of hectic afternoon subsequent to trying one of these (with lunch). I'd like to think it did help. I absolutely tasted it in the form of the well-documented lavender burps you may have heard of. As for those, the taste was pleasant - lavender, but the experience wasn't so great. I didn't feel sick or anything, it's just kind of a weird thing to have happen, the burping up of flowery gas. So, if you're wondering if these are good quality, potent supplements, they absolutely are. They are also quite affordable. The dose is one soft gel per day, so for the current listed price, that's quite a good deal, especially if they bring you some calm. With or without the added flavor.

I was completely surprised when I felt that these actually worked. There is a subtle difference of lightness that you feel when you take them. The only downfall is you may burp lavender. But that’s a price I’m willing to pay in order to fill stress fee on a crazy day!

I am taking this Lavender Calm by Piping Rock to help curb my anxieties and it seems to help a bit. I am glad that this version is non-drowsy so that I can take it in the day without fear that it will make me drowsy. The softgels are small and easy to take and they arrived fresh in a shrink wrapped safety sealed bottle. These were packaged and lab tested in the USA.

I like this form of Lavender - in a soft gel, as I think it absorbs much better this way. It's a gentle supplement that helps you relax and yet not putting your to sleep, so you can take it during the day.

These are easy to take and I had no adverse side affects.As far as working... On an average day I felt like they helped me feel a little calmer. Days I was super stressed I felt nothing. I've tried lavender oil in a diffuser before and felt about the same. I think herbal supplements can possibly help "take the edge" off and help you relax on a normal day but never seem to do much when you are actively stressed.With that said, I'm going to use these as part of my wind down routine before bed instead of using during the day. Will update this review if they seem to work better at night.

These are lavender soft gels. They are reddish/brown in color. They have a light lavender scent to them but there is really no aftertaste. They are easy to swallow and I feel no negative side effects. I only take 1 per day, but you can take 1-3 per day as needed. I do not feel tired or sleepy after taking. I don’t know if it helps me completely relax but maybe if i was taking the 3 a day it might.
