I received my products in a timely manner and wrapped well for shipping. Nothing was broken and the quality seems to be good even though I haven't used it yet.

Quality Glass but Smaller Than Expected
It doesn't fit as snugly into my heating mantle as I'd like but this shouldn't be an issue as it's still pretty close to the walls. As long as it's clamped nicely it should work
