Im running a 30a hook up for my camper this will work right

12 gauge is 20 amp cable. If you are desiring a 30 amp circuit you require 10 gauge as a minimum. There are a lot of great books for a low price on wiring available that cover these matters in detail for the average person with no electrical training. You might look around for the Black and Decker text used for cheap. Just remember that for a camper you will be looking at the rough weather and exterior methods and material as well.

Will this wire pull through a 1/2 inch PVC conduit?

Look at your local code. We are not allowed to pull romex through any conduit in our county

The material is listed as “metal”, is this solid (not stranded) copper wire? I dont want aluminum wire and am looking specifically for solid copper

Can this be used under the house in pvc pipe going to a shed, rated as a moist condition

NO. Use 12/2 UF-B wire buried by itself or in a PVC conduit for protection. NM cable is not certified to run underground in a conduit.

Rubbish headphones

Excellent 50 foot Romex Cable

I have used this 50 foot 12/3 Southwire romex cable before from Home Depot and this time Amazon was a better price. Nice romex cable that makes the installation go smoothly with the solid copper #12 wires well insulated. Good product.
