Easy to put together
It is easy to put together, and it is a nice rack, but I would not I would pay $89.99 for it.

We Have A Salad Bar!
This is a pretty nice hotel pan holder/rack/setup. The rack is expandable and is of good quality. When the rack is fully collapsed, it holds six 1/9th size hotel pans. When the rack is fully extended, it holds twelve 1/9th size hotel pans. However, this setup only comes with six pans. So, if you want to take full advantage of the rack’s capacity, you’ll need to buy another six pans.Now, with that out of the way, the only reason I ordered this setup is to use it for holiday gatherings and parties. I ordered an additional six pans, for a total of twelve, so now we basically have our own salad bar. I mean, what’s cooler than having your own salad bar? Oh right, literally nothing. 😊Quality-wise I think the rack is perfectly fine, and the hotel pans are pretty much indestructible. Consequently, there’s really nothing to complain about here.
