Put off initially by mixed reviews but my experience is good. I like that it's stainless without non stick finish. I followed the instructions as to seasoning and temperature guide for heating and cooking and no problems with sticking except for fixed eggs. Omelettes burgers, mushrooms etc etc all fried well and food tastes great. I use a stainless steel surface cleaner every now and again to keep it pristine and then boil water after cleaning to get rid of the residues. I use it for one pots as well as it's quite deep and has a lid. I like that it goes on the oven although the lid has a low temperature limit. Great for the price with a little bit of care

Good quality item. Great size and I got it for good price. Easy to use, but I must admit I had to google how to use stainless steel pans. Once I got used to it - easy to cook. Good investment.

Love this pan, good quality and easy to clean, also it comes with a glass lid which is excellent for cooking different kinds of meals.

From what I can see from over a weeks use, it's a great pan, heats up fast but not totally nonstick, just needs a little scrubbing to clean.I saw others who reviewed this product and didn't give it a good rating but their pictures doesn't match the one here.I was a little sceptical but noticed the difference in the pictures they shared, so I went ahead and bought it and I'm very pleased with it.

I bought it at the end of October and I was very happy when it arrived. The pan seems sturdy and of excellent quality but after two months of use it is already ruined. I didn't use it every day and I always used oil or butter to prevent the food from sticking. If I were still in time I would return it.

This is a great pan, I'm really impressed with it even after only one use the pan has moved to the top of the pile for me as a go to skillet.I'm used to cooking a lot on cast iron and usually prefer cast iron over non-stick, however for convenience I still used a non-stick skittle when I didnt have the time to properly clean down my cast iron after used as I could just throw the non-stick pan in the dishwasher post meal and let the machine do all the hard work.Well after throwing out yet another non-stick pan I thought I would try stainless steel. All I can say is am blowing away, straight out the box I simply washed the pan with a little washing up liquid, dried it and threw it on the hob to cook two chicken breasts. I let the pan get to temp before adding a tablespoon of oil then cooked the chicken on a medium heat, within a minute or so the meat 'released' from the pan and was happily sliding round the pan leaving a lovely fond on the pan as the chicken browned. With the chicken cooked I deglazed the pan with a splash of water and I was amazing as all the fond lifted completely I didnt even need to scrape the bottom with a silicon spatula. I originally thought that the stainless steel skillet was going to be a half way house between my cast iron (in terms of searing) and the usual non-stick pans (in terms of ease of cleaning), now I can see it will be superior to both.This Pan will be my go to pan for searing and making amazing pan sauces from now on, the only shame is it has taken me this long before giving stainless steel a chance!!

This is an excellent pan. I wanted to avoid a non stick coating but was doubtful as to how this pan would perform. It is truly excellent. Gently warm it before adding food. Eggs, steak etc are cooked well and the finish cleans beautifully without any food debris

I liked it after receiving it. It is as adversised, and I enjoyed the transition from non-stick to my first stainless steel frying pan. It was good value for its cost.However, in my case, the pan became slightly bended at the bottom after some use, I guess as a result of the heat? This made it not sit flat on the cooking surface. It could be a a fault with the item I got. I'm still using it occasionally, but it definitely is not the best experience.As I said, it is my first stainless steel, so I cannot compare with other.The shop was helpful when I communicated my issue and I was offered solutions.
