It tastes horrible and nothing like cheese!

Product is inaccurately titled: it is a cheese "alternative", as it says clearly on the label.
I really like these Teese products. They have a lot less fat than dairy cheese, and satisfy the that craving for a cheesy topping for pizza, pasta, etc. I even like to use these on rice cakes and toss them under the broiler. No, they don't taste exactly like cheese, but they are a good cheese alternative. And I especially like the idea that no animals had to suffer so I could clog my arteries with dairy!Kudos to Chicago Vegan Foods for bringing these great products to market. Not for nothing, their Dandies vegan marshmallows are outstanding!
