Not a scratch-and-sniff book.
“Farty Pants: A Stinky Book of Monsters” is a breath of fresh (or should I say, not-so-fresh) air in the world of children’s literature. This book takes you on a wild ride through the world of monsters who have, well, a bit of a flatulence problem. The humor is as pungent as the subject matter, with jokes that will have both kids and adults laughing out loud. The illustrations are a gas, bringing these stinky monsters to life in all their smelly glory. In conclusion, “Farty Pants: A Stinky Book of Monsters” is a blast (pun intended). It’s a must-read for anyone who enjoys a good laugh and doesn’t mind a bit of stink. Just be sure to keep a clothespin handy for your nose!

Funny Fart Book for Kids
My 3 year old has recently started finding facts the most humorous thing in the world. So when I came across this book, I knew I had to grab it for him. It did not disappoint! Not only is it filled with lots of fun farting facts, but each page has an audible farther you can click on. The book itself is a hardback book and we'll made. The graphics are very professionally created and the book flows pretty nice. My 3 year old loves it and I'm sure my nieces and nephews will too when they come to visit.

Funny book
This is a very whimsical book that appeals to boys who get a kick from “toilet humor”. The text of the book itself describes the history of farts and and gives many fun facts about farts. At the end, there is an assortment of different fart styles with accompanying sound effects. Want to know how a mummy fart is different from a student fart? You will learn from the sounds of this book. Our third grader enjoyed this book very much and had a lot of fun with the different farts.

Entertaining...and educational
Each pair of pages focuses on a different aspect of passing air. And on the right hand side, somewhere in the illustration is the symbol for sound. When the reader presses it, the pressure goes through the pages to the back of the book where the chips are. You can also open to the back page and there's a diagram to tell you where to press for each of the different kinds of farts.OMG, most of the fart noises are l-o-n-g which adds to the hilarity. And there is such a variety of them! Little kids as well as big kids hiding in adult bodies will find this entertaining for sure.At the same time, the book actually imparts facts about the biological function behind farting. But not only that, there is other stuff too. Who knew that there was a French entertainer in the 1800s who played the flute and blew out candles with his farts? (and people paid good money to see that!)Seriously, though, the book has interesting content and is illustrated very colorfully -- as befits as colorful a topic as this.
