Precision Naturals Biotin for Hair Skin and Nails

I just started using this product but it arrived on time. So far so good. One thing I will say, I have taken a lot of natural supplements and something there is a bad after taste either in swallowing or with burping. So far there has been none of this. I also read about some of the adverse reactions of Biotin. You may want to do the same. Because the dosage is 10000 mg. I only take it once a day. Hope this helps!

So this product seems to be working my skin is definitely getting more vibrant and more clear my nails are growing like wildfire which is great I got it for my hair girls but I forgot to do a live check before I took before I started taking the pills but it definitely my hair does definitely look a lot shinier a lot healthier I’m not sure if it’s growing underneath them pression that it is but honestly I don’t know because I didn’t do a live check before hand but I know it’s been helping out my skin and helping my nails to grow

I am always looking for a hair, skin and nails vitamin. I have been taking Biotin for quite some time and just love how it helps with all of that! I like that this offers 10,000 mcg so I only have to take one pill with my daily vitamins. The price is great for the amount included. Even into my adulthood, I have struggled with acne, but as I have been taking this vitamin I have seen a big difference in this. Also, my hair is doing really well and feels great! Gladly added this to my daily regimen.

This actually seemed to worked in the month that I used it. My hair did get a little longer but my face totally broke out! I had multiple pimples everywhere after I began taking this. I have sensitive skin so im not surprised, but I recommend if your body can handle it.

I admit to not knowing why this product works as well as it does, and don't care. It has been a serious life-changing event for me. I have far more energy, focus and endurance that I have had in years. This simple does of a B-vitamin, in its formulation has caused an amazing change for me.
