Excellent mustard
Got some of this brand of mustard in Dijon and it is way better than Maille which seems to have an almost a monopoly on French mustard in the UK.Edmond Fallot is championed by many great French chefs and you can taste the difference…

Delicious Mustard - Short Use By Date
I discovered this mustard recently and it's a real game-changer, especially for salad dressings. I also use it to make a great tarragon honey mustard sauce to accompany sous vide belly pork.The only downside with my order is that the best-before date is only 6 weeks away and while the jars are small and I do love this mustard, I'm not sure I'd get through a jar a week. I imagine I'll give one or two jars away.

Recipe is changed, not tasty anymore
We have been enjoying this tarragon mustard for years, fragrant and mild.Sadly the latest batch delivered in January 2024, the taste of mustard is totally changed. Very strong burning sensation of mustard (hits nose like wasabi) that can easily cover good tarragon flavor. I am not sure what happened though hoping the previous recipe comes back.

Changed the recipe
I love this mustard - eat it with everything- but I think they changed the recipe- it is way sharper than it used to be. Too much horseradish- it kills the flavour.

excellent mustard!
this was the first Edward Fallot mustard i found by chance in a swanky London department store which went down a treat. very disappointed when i went back for more to find it was discontinued. Edward Fallot make wonderful mustard that is only slowly becoming available in the uk. a most pleasant surprise to find it on Amazon - and at a most reasonable price. try it!

No tarragon flavour
I love thus brand of mustard, but this only gets 2 stars because the tarragon flavour is not distinct. I was very unhappy to see it contains food colouring, presumably to achieve the green colour to trick your senses. Go for the plain mustard or the basil version which is excellent.

Couldn’t believe just how good this is.
Have been buying this from Amazon for several years now. The flavour is excellent and value for money good. It is a huge hit with all members of the family.
