Adequate replacement, with a few minor caveats.
The pads themselves seem fine. However, if I were to nitpick I'd say there should be instructions sent with them. No, it's not a showstopper, but if you don't look carefully at the pads, it's easy to mis-place them, requiring you to carefully peel it off and re-set them on your Beats. It'd also be nice if they were labelled as to which was the right vs. left... and yes, it does matter.

Cheap China Knockoff!
The item does not come with 3M tape as described. Replacement pad is a fraction of the thickness of the original Beats pad. Not recommended!
