I like this bag. At first, I was worried it wasn't stable enough, but more than I expected, it was too stable. When I put it on the floor, I hit it, hit it, boxed it, even kicked it, and it was still in its original position, which surprised me. It's easy to assemble, less than half an hour, and the adjustable height is so useful that my kids and I can use it. Overall, this is the bag I've been looking for, stable, sturdy and quick to bounce.

I had one like this before from another company and had to toss it after a few rounds; However this one works great! Just incase though, I did Gorilla Glue the screws in place. It took 1-50lb bag of sand to fill, which they sell at home depot. I am stoked with my purchase!!

I just got this product today. So far, so good. I live in an apartment, on my terrace, and I do a good job. I did put in 50 pounds of sand to make it stronger. I have 18-year-old and 16-year-old boys, and they can hit the ball really hard, and that's good.

The media could not be loaded.  This Boxing bag can be adjusted to be tall or short. I didn't ware gloves which I should have put on my hands. I recommended you to ware boxing gloves because it ball is soft but hard enough when you punch it with speed. It was fun to pinch freely. Every motion is unpredictable. So it's fun to do. I'm a newbie as you can see. So far I like it very much. I put water in the base . It's steady. If you want, you can put your enemy's name on it. It defiantly can increase your desire to workout more often!

With the coronavirus epidemic, everyone can't rest assured to go out to play, eat food all day long, do not exercise, all become fat people! I can only think of a way to get my son to move at home. This boxing is great. My son practiced for a while in the morning and then in the afternoon. He took a shower with a sweaty body and was very comfortable! The child likes it, I don’t have to worry about him getting fat!

My 10-year-old loves it. May be better filled with sand or wet sand as opposed to water as he's knocked it over a couple times. Don't know if any adult would fare as well with it, although built sturdy, if my moose son can know it over with his best punch, an adult may put it through a window. Better for speed sparring and not to be hit with the same force as a boxing bag.
