I am always a bit skeptical when buying new products such as pillows that "claim" to help out different issues that one might have. I have tried more than a few ! But I have finally found the "perfect" pillow for me. I had a knee replacement last year, and have been on the hunt for something to give me some comfort from nerve pain. I just used an ordinary pillow to put between my knees for comfort in sleeping. It didn't work. I tried a few of the other brand pillows and they didn't help as well. Too bulky..too high etc.etc. Fast forward, I am having a hip replacement in a few weeks. I decided to give this one a try before my surgery to see if it would work. I'm on the smaller side and this is the perfect fit for me. It's not too bulky and fits right in between your knees. It doesn't even feel like you have anything there. It's soft, but yet firm enough to do it's job. Plus the strap and detachable cover is a big bonus feature. It allowed me to finally be able to get some sleep. That says a lot coming from an chronic insomniac !

This knee pillow is well made and worked to take pressure off my hip. I had no problem keeping it in place when I slept with my knees stacked, even without using the elastic strap. But as a side sleeper I don't really spend much time with my knees stacked, I prefer to bend one knee towards my chest and straighten the other leg. This pillow doesn't work so well for that. I purchased a soft pea shaped pillow is more comfortable for the way I sleep. This product does work as advertised and we are keeping it for my husband to try.

This pillow has saved my sleep life! Recently, I developed pain in my left hip/butt cheek. It is only a problem when I am lying down. If I fall asleep, fast enough, the pain won’t bother me, but if it takes too long, I can’t fall asleep. using this pillow has properly aligned my legs and hip. I am able to flip-flop in bed throughout the night without being awakened by a sharp pain. This pillow is allowing me to sleep through the night! It is comfortable, cooling and firm. The reason I purchased this pillow is because it has a strap on it. I was worried that as I turned in the night that the pillow wouldn’t stay in place. The strap is fine, but I actually don’t need it to sleep.This pillow is such great quality. I have actually brought it with me on a vacation trip that I recently took. I don’t think I will ever sleep without it again. It is so worth the purchase.

I initially bought this product in June of 2020 and repurchased in March of 2024. I am a side sleeper and I was having hip pain. I bought another company’s version of the same thing in 2020 as well. This was my favorite from the 2020 purchases - it was a little firmer and this gave more support between my knees and relieved the hip pain better. I regularly washed the cover and have used the pillow since 2020. Over time the cover has gotten lint balls - sometimes I pick them off or shave them off, but it’s really just cosmetic - as I know it’s clean from washing. Over the past couple months one side of the Velcro has stopped working well making the strap not consistently stay on and making it difficult to keep the pillow in place if I roll over. I first looked and confirmed you can’t just buy a replacement cover and found no way to do that. I thought about replacing the Velcro but the Velcro was like $12 and I saw the pillow on sale for around $25 so I thought less work, I’ll just buy a new one. The pro of the new one is the zipper on the cover was moved from the end to one side so it’s easier to take the foam insert out and put it back in. The con of the new one is the foam completely changed and is no longer as firm as it used to me. It’s more like regular soft memory foam that almost completely compresses to nothing. I slept with it a few nights and then just took the cover off and put it on the old foam insert. Would I have paid $25 for just a new cover - probably - but it seems wasteful because I’m not going to use the new insert. It’s not firm enough.

From the very first night I used this item. I woke up with no sciatica pain although it came back after I was up a while. It was OK when I got up and I slept through the night. So letting me sleep without pain was wonderful

I bought this for my Significant Other because he has had back, hip, and knee pains while sleeping on his side. The pillow goes in-between his legs, and from the first night using it, he could absolutely tell a difference in the way his body is laying, which is comfortable and ergonomically corrected by the pillow. It provides support that a regular pillow can't provide because this pillow keeps shape, and firmness while he sleeps. He is waking up with little to no pain because of it. It really is a great pillow, comfortable, has that strap that keeps it in place while he sleeps, so he doesn't lose it when turning. And takes pressure off his back, hips, and knees all while keeping shape all night long. I am also happy with the removable cover, that I can just throw in the washer. If you are a side sleeper like he is, it is worth the money.

i can feel my feet melting in it on the 'gel-based' version, its the nicest feeling ever. I also have RLS (restless leg syndrome) and as soon as I feel myself shaking my leg, I put my foot on this, which stops the relentless leg shaking. I found that its better than simply telling myself "Not" to shake my leg. Its Nice and comfy gives feels of relaxation! its a bit expensive, but atleast for me, its worth the penny.

Supportive and firm but really comfortable! Love the little pocket for the earplugs. The drawstring is helpful to keep it hanging on luggage and keeping it snug around my neck.

Product gets soft after 1 month of use, it is not able to keep my knees/legs in place as when I started using it. So yeah, a waste of money.
