It's ok but needed to be modified
The hardware included was garbage and needed to be swapped out. Way too small and bolts would loosen up. There was not lockout feature. Swapped all fasteners out and made it much better. The holder is not for Canada plates or USA plates so you will have to drill new holes ans not in your plates !!!!Ide give it higher marks but between hardware and not fitting licenses plates. You missed the mark.
