NEENCA Compression Leg Sleeve, Ultra-thin with Graphene Ions Infused Fabric

These leg sleeves do work great but have a tendency to roll down from the top. I do wear these daily though and have for months. I had a accident in Feb 2025 so these for my injury and not to just work out in.

I’m recovering from MPFL repair and wanted a sleeve for under the brace but wasn’t hugely compressive. This is PERFECT. I went 1 size up than what my leg measured on their size guide and it’s wonderful. It’s very easy to get on, and I can wear it all day in the summer without it getting too hot. It feels well made and not flimsy. The top is amazing, some of the other similar ones are hemmed which makes them roll. This has a nice wide top and does not roll at all. I wore it all day walking around and it did not budge. I will be repurchasing this to continue to use for PT and recovery after surgery!

Overall it's a good sleeve. I have owned other knee braces of this brand and always like them. I've had two total knee reconstructions on my right knee, for arthroscopic surgeries and recently had total knee replacement. The thing I liked about most of their other ones is that they stayed in place very very well. That's the only place this one falls short. Constantly rolls down from the top but when it is in place, my knee feels much better and helps with the swelling. This is not the one you want for active activities. Leisurely strolls, if you have a desk job or while sleeping.. it's fantastic!

Seemed to offer decent quality with a lightweight, ultra-thin fabric that provides okay support. However, the manufacturer's sizing chart is incredibly inaccurate so I return it after finding a better product. If you go strictly by their measurements, the sleeve ends up fitting poorly—either way too tight or constantly rolling down.

I had a small issue with my most recent order, but the seller took care of it immediately with excellent customer service. Their response was quick, professional, and completely resolved the problem, which gave me even more confidence in this brand. I’ve used this product in the past and never had any issues, and I understand that in today’s busy world, things happen — nobody’s perfect. What matters most is how a company handles it, and NEENCA proved they truly care about their customers. As for the brace itself — it has been life-changing for me. I had a meniscus meniscectomy, and this brace helps me manage the pain and stay active. With it, I can work out at the gym, go about my daily activities, and move with confidence, all without discomfort. It’s comfortable to wear, supportive, and durable enough for everyday use. Honestly, I practically live in this thing, and I can’t imagine going without it now. Overall, both the product and the customer service deserve 5 stars. The quality is excellent, and the way the seller handled my issue makes me trust this brand even more. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely continue to buy from this brand in the future.

0/10 This product arrived with no size listed and it's too small. I have zero way of knowing what size they sent me, if I did I'd know what size to replace it with. I am only 5'3" and 140 lbs. and it's way too small for me. I ordered a medium which should fit. Thanks a lot, I need to wear a compression sleeve on my leg NOW and this one is useless plus I have to send it back. Your company stinks!

I bought it for my mom who had vein problem on one leg. Unfortunately, the sticky body tape fell apart on the second wear. It just split into small pieces although the fit was right. I believe the material was old. Disappointed.
