The media could not be loaded.  Stays Warm and I Love It! A great towel warmer!This is truly an excellent product, and I have no reservations recommending it highly!It warms nicely in about 15mins. Before my shower, I put my towel and my pajamas into the towel warmer to heat up, so when I get out I have a nice warm towel and nice warm pajamas to use.!It is perfect during the cold weather. My wife and I love it and have used it every day. And it’s easy enough for my father to use too.Not only is this great for robes and towels but blankets, socks, and jammies are awesome too. 30mins feel like a towel that's been sitting in direct sun by the pool.There’s even a holder inside the lid that allows you to place fragrance discs in for adding a lavender scent for bedtime.Moreover, I have some additions to mention. It's not a dryer. It just warms up your dry towels, it doesn't dry out the damp ones. If you put a wet towel inside, I don't think it's a particularly good move.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it! She keeps her house on a lower temp in Winter so she loves the warmth after getting out of the shower.

It works! I haven't used the scents yet so I can't say, I keep forgetting to put one in. I primarily purchased this for my dog. I know she's spoiled but when she has a warm towel, she doesn't run all over the place while I'm trying to dry her off. She stays put. Plus, it helps with drying her fur faster I've noticed. Of course I use it as well but I probably wouldn't have bought it had I not had a dog. The only issue I have is that 15mins doesn't stay warm as long as I thought it would but it's ok. I've learned to set it to 45 mins when I wake up, so by time I'm ready to take a shower and I'm done, it's reached a high temp for longer. Sometimes I use 30 but if I forget I use 15. It stays warmer a bit longer when when it's 30mins+ I've never done 60mins but I can imagine it'll be even better. For my girl, I put it for 30 mins, run her bath, get everything prepped and by time I'm done it's perfect for her. Of course it doesn't stay warm the entire time you're drying off, that's not what it's intended for however, that would be awesome if it did. I'm sure that's based on the kind of towels you own. I do wish it would alert you when it's a minute left. Kind of gives me an idea of when I should end my shower kind of like a timer hahaha. Sometimes I set it for 15 and I usually take a little longer than that. So I'm sure it cools down just a bit by time I get out. Otherwise it does what it's intended to do. I can fit 3 large body size like towels and it's packed but still enough space to warm it all up. I like the barrel look and the handles. Highly recommend it.

I had this for 3 weeks and loved it…until I didn’t because it stopped working. Then, because I had gotten rid of the box, ended up having to pay UPS $50 to box it up to return.UPDATE: Stella from customer service co tasted me and replaced the warmer at no charge. It arrived promptly and works beautifully. I love the scent disk that fits in the lid and lightly scents my towels. It also has a time that lets you control the length of heating. Very impressed with their customer service!

The indicator light was broken long time ago, and the coating inside is peeling off a lot. As for warming towel, barely usable .Not worth the price at all.Update: it was completely dead due to that the heat module of bottom got rusted( ha, such a easy rust module even if I’d totally followed the instruction) . Sale manager Stellar contacted me to have this issue resolved, she refunded me all. From this angle service is good👍. But product, no, never. Anyway, thank you Stellar!

I absolutely LOVE this product! I purchased it because I stayed at a 5 star hotel that had a towel warmer, but this one is much better than the one at the hotel. The one at the hotel used heated pipes, so the towel was only warm where it contacted the pipes. This one, on the other hand, warms the entire towel. It adds a little bit of luxury to my daily life. I highly recommend it!

I bought this for our outdoor hot tub, the timer feature is excellent and can easily fit three oversized towels in the bucket. I do find that it doesn’t get quite as warm as I would like but it’s still lovely and a nice addition for cold Canadian winters!

Saw this on sale and decided to try it on a whim to bring a bit of a spa like touch to my rental property. Turned out to be quite a hit, surprised that some people messaged me saying they didn't even know this type of product existed but what a great addition. Simply put, it's a subjectively stylish (I like it but my brother thinks it looks like a barrel) unit that blends in well with most light decors and looks like something a spa would have. The only thing that gives it away that it's more than just a storage bin is the little digital display that lets you know what setting its on.Heats up very quickly, under a minute I'd, and if you want it to be really hot (not my cup of tea) then it's about five minutes or so. Then you can just set it on auto warm to whatever increments (set) that you like. It's more than large enough for two ultra wide towel, and smaller towels I was able to get three in there. Got it for use in the washroom but now I'm thinking how great this will be in the winter, even for socks and pj's and the sort. It actually heats everything up evenly so it's not like one item is cold and the other is too hot. Cool little feature is you can put a little disc of a air freshener in there.What started as a novelty item for guests has now become something of a must by for myself.

This is such a nice small luxury to have to add to your home/washroom. I adore it. Yes you can easily warm your towel in your dryer. However, I am not going to get out of the shower wet and cold, to then run across the house to grab the towel from the dryer 😂. Literally as soon as you step out or sometimes before I step out I grab the towel and it's so warm. It's so nice to put your pajamas in there, clothes, blankets, kids stuffies, robes. It's so nice when you're sick, and the fragrance discs smell so luxurious like a spa. Something like this is really nice for people who also have chronic health conditions who get cold easily or who lacks circulation. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and anxiety, So I get cold and anxious. Using the towel warmer really helps.

I will say that I was a *tiny* bit disappointed in this towel warmer, as I find that it only warms items a bit. I had expected them to be toasty warm after 20-30 minutes in the warmer; unfortunately upon removing them (I use it to warm undershirts, socks and other assorted small undergarments) I find that they are somewhat warm to the touch when I take them out, but within 30 seconds or so they rapidly lose the heat. I also noticed that anything placed in the warmer first tends to come out half warm and half still cold….any material resting on the bottom of the warmer does not receive any heat.However, that said, I still use it as it does make a small difference. I live in a very cold house, so in the winter time even just a slight addition of heat to my clothing helps to keep me from developing chills from putting on cold undergarments in the winter. So, I’m not overly impressed, but not completely disappointed either.
