Fantastic product
Being a big fan of Rabbit brand as I own a bunch of their bottle openers, I was happy that they released this infusing decanter. Its high quality as with all of their products - heavy glass, cork stopper, and an easy to pour spout at the top. The bottle is just the right size as I was a bit worried I won't be able to infuse a lot of alcohol at once. That fear remains unfounded.Using this a few times now, this totally beats my old method of infusing in mason jars. Not to mention that this nifty bottle makes my bar setup even classier now. Happy with this and looking forward to more stuff Rabbit releases in the future.

Fun way to add variety to your cocktails
I actually had doubts that this would deliver a pleasing result. I'm something of a liquor snob and I expected to end up with something too heavy handed for my palate. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the results were and how well balanced the flavors in the recommended cocktail were.It couldn't be easier to use. Large, stable items like orange slices / cinnamon sticks go in the main basin. Herbs or things that might break down go in the screened vessel attached to the top. Give it a swirl every 24 hours and then dispense the liquid through the built in strainer.Everything is dishwasher safe except the cork, so clean up is simple. There's a small booklet of suggested ideas and corresponding cocktails. There aren't a whole lot of them, it's basically one per alcohol type. No worries, as there are plenty of recipes on the internet that you can try.You could definitely do this on your own, without this special kit. But it's going to be messy and straining is probably going to be a pain. This is one of those times when the ease of a specialized product is worth it. And it's compact, so it won't take up much storage space.

Good quality, love this brand.
I am really excited about this diffusing decanter. I love Rabbit brand bar tools and I know this one will be no exception. The quality is great from what I have been able to see so far, and the included manual that contains some recipes gives me a great place to start. I intend to use this for all kinds of infusions. It's compact and well-made. I can't wait to get started.

High end piece
I usually infuse my alcohol in mason jars so shelling out such a high dollar for a fancy jar didn't really seem worth it to me. I gave this a shot since I wanted something a bit fancier for thanksgiving and boy this guy is PRETTY. I've since tried to find a more affordable option for christmas gifts and this is really the best one I could still locate with my snooping. It really has everything you need - the heavy duty glass, small but roomy enough container, herb basket, and mesh strainer all built in. Topped with a classy cork, this is going to look good on your counter, spirits tray, or table. It comes with an idea book, but you'll find some better and more daring recipes online (and even here in the comments).Although pricey, this IS a name brand product and is build in a very thought out way.

Easy pour infusing jar.
We’ve been infusing alcohol for years to add flavors. Mostly, we infuse tequila with jalapenos to make it spicy. We thought we would branch out a little and try some other flavors and liquors so picked up this infusing jar.You can use any jar for large fruits, but this also has a basket for smaller herbs and spices. If you are using the basket you must make sure you fill this jar, 18-20 oz, so the herbs and spices are submerged in the alcohol. This jar also has a nice cap and spout that makes pouring from it easy. I was able to pour taste testers into a shot glass each day and then on the final day pour the entire contents into my storage bottle without ever spilling a drop.We were hoping for more recipes and ideas, but the jar really didn’t come with many. We can always look up more later but decided our first attempt using this should be something we do quite often, infuse tequila with jalapenos and cucumbers. The jar was easy to fill with the fruit and alcohol and then easy to pour from for taste testing and final transfer. This is way easier to use than any of the jars we’ve used in the past.A little pricey for a jar but it does have some nice features. It will be fun to try this out with some more delicate recipes.

Pineapple Vodka?? Yes!
I cut some fresh pineapple and infused my Tito's Vodka using this handy dandy little infuser and it turned out great! Quick and easy--I usually just use a mason jar but this worked even better! Next I'm going to do a cranberry lime vodka infusion and a lime and salt tequila. I'm also going to infuse some actual WATER (coconut lime will be my first try) and the possibilities are endless for both water and alcohol! Recommend this for anyone who likes some flavor in their drinks!

Solid Drink Infuser!
While you can use it however you please, it works great for its intention, higher end infused cocktails and adult beverages. While its a smidge small and better for two than a group, it works perfectly in my household and is made out of very solid feeling glass (a big plus for me, I cannot stand dainty feeling glass). This would make a great gift for your friend that indulges from time to time in infused drinks, or even as a small pitcher to use when having a quaint breakfast with just OK. Use it how you please, and in any event it should serve you well!
