Q: Hi, is made of plastic or fabric material?

The eyelashes are fabric (felt) but the ears and horn are plastic. Comes with glue dots (4) to attach eyelashes to cake with this if you want (not sure why included since can use icing) and a paper straw to use to stick eyelashes on.

Q: How do you put the lashes on?

Dear, there is a paper bar in the package, you need to cut the bar into 4 pieces and glue them to the eyelashes to plug in the cake.

Q: What is the straw looking thing for?

I don’t know what the straw looking thing was for, I didn’t even use it... I thought about using it while looking for something to press the eyelashes into the frosting, but I just grabbed a plastic utensil instead.
