THEY HAVE AN AWSOME SOUND QUALITY WHICH ARE TEAMED UP WITH A THUMPIN BASS SUBWOOFER PLACED IN A WELL DEDICATED PLACE OR CORNER . RECOMENDED BUY .

Sounds good in all the audio ranges, wish it had a little more power.

No one who has heard quality speakers would ever call the sound quality from these speakers good. I ordered the subwoofer as well to help round out the sound but was very disappointed at the overall performance. Most important, the maximum volume of these speakers is quite limited. The sound you do get is thin and compressed. Realize that the power supply and drivers are tiny and you'd understand why. You'll never get "room filling" sound from two of these tiny speakers, with or without the sub. The latter is boomy to the extreme unless you turn it down and then it does little to enhance the sound of the satellites. I realize this is a bluetooth boombox but at $400 it should perform much better. I have a 10 year old Fluance bluetooth speaker that was about $150 and sounds magnitudes better than these items.

Rocksteady makes an excellent product! I'm not much of an audiophile, but I'd say the sound quality of these speakers is similar to Bose, JBL, and Sonos. When in hand you can tell the speakers are obviously well made, (they are heavy and solid). These speakers are also versatile. You can change the channels on the speakers so that they are playing "right" "left" or "both" channels, giving you a very stereo feel, and you can purchase more speakers and add them to the group, which I haven't decided whether or not we will do that yet. The subwoofer is nice and powerful ( I set it to "both") and the speakers are very clear (I set one speaker to "left" and the other to "right"). The sound bath is very nice.I do have a few things I think could've been addressed in the design phase of this product. FIrst, It would be nice if they could attach to one another like a boombox, making it "portable" as well as detachable. This is designed basically for setting them up and leaving them in one location. In fact, there are "keyholes" in the back of speakers for mounting on the walls. Another thing I see as more annoying than anything else is that each speaker/sub needs to be charged individually. Some may think that's obvious, but if they're mounted high on a wall that could get to be annoying every so often to have to take them down and charge them and remount. Finally, pairing your device IS NOT intuitive at all. It's quite simple, but I had to watch the video (scan the QR code) twice to get it right. There is an order to turn things on and pairing that must be followed. So when you are pairing a new device in the future, after your phone needed an upgrade, you will need to take the steps all over again, so don't lose that QR code!I'd give these speakers 4/5 stars because the sound is fantastic. I'm only knocking them down a star for the inconveniences I can forsee in the future, otherwise enjoy your sound bath with these high quality speakers.Don't forget you can use Amazon Smile when you shop to donate to your favorite charity!
