I recently purchased the Aochuan Phone Gimbal Stabilizer, and I’m very impressed with its performance. The setup was straightforward, and it didn’t take long to get it balanced and ready to use. The stabilizer is extremely effective at keeping my phone steady, even during fast movements or when walking. It makes a huge difference in the smoothness of my videos, giving them a professional look with little effort. I also appreciate the various modes and settings, which allow for creative control, like panorama shots and time-lapse. Very quality - but the actual grip on the phone is very finnicky with a case - I also have a 15 pro max which doesnt help. Its stretched to the limit and has ro be seated perfectly - if a little off it can fall out. I am actually a fan of the app so far, the facial recognition and options are cool. Gesture control sucks.

The 3rd party software is horrible. And is written in Chinese. The device itself doesn’t perform well and is flimsy and wobbly. It feels well made but the functionality is NOT GOOD at all. They’re better brands and companies that have better product. I’d rather spend a little extra then to have this pointless paper weight laying around. Waste of money…. Return is on its way - since a zero star rating if I could

The hardware, itself, is nice and has a good quality feel to it, but is too small to accommodate a phone in it's case, so maybe better to use only with old phones. I bought this in order to get stabilized footage to motion track in Blender. Although the stabilization is decent and I feel it may be well suited to this purpose, if I decide to expand my use case, it will fall short due to the fact that the app will not even open on my phone. After installing and uninstalling it several times, I am constantly met with the AOCHUAN has stopped message. This failure renders all of the tracking features useless, as well as the "inception mode" and moving time lapse feature which is something I was really excited about. I was excited for this, unfortunately though, as of now, I am considering returning it.

I am still learning to use product optimally but I love the design, durability and is value for money.
