This is a real god send, my super star chiropractor recommended it to me as I was having some issues in my lower back especially if I sat for prolonged periods of time. The support provided by this lumber support is fantastic. As a seasoned traveler who hasn’t reached the echelons of first class comfortability/privileges, this has become a life saver. It provides first class firm comfortable support where I most need it. This has become part of my every day routine. I use it in my car, at work and on occasion on my daily commute. The first lumbar support I ordered went AWOL, as soon as I notified the sellers they were absolutely fantastic. They quick fast despatched another one, no questions asked no quibble. Give the fault was with the postal system and not them, I couldn’t fault them one bit. This is by far one of the best pieces of kit I’ve invested in for a long time. Well worth the investment.

maybe I should have bought a more structured roll as this is rather soft and doesn't really seem to support ,unless I positioning it wrong.but its ok

I know, several serious damages done to the spine, once requiring surgery to repair. Proper support really does make a difference. Just make sure its high enough, in the small of the back. It it slips down to the base of the seat, its worse than useless.

Fácil de transportar, fácil de colocar y con una buena medida para obligar a que la espalda esté arqueada en el respaldo. Desde que la tengo he tenido menos problemas de espalda por estar largas horas sentado frente al ordenador. Eso sí, si alguien pretende estar con el culo pegado al fondo de la silla todo el rato igual este rodillo no es lo que necesita, ya que es un poco prominente y puede que eso fuerce mucho la postura.
