Well I finally pulled the trigger and got one of these. Sometimes I like to livestream and game on my phone when I get into these binges sometimes and my phone starts overheat and cause problems if I'm gaming too much or also if I'm streaming too long and I started seeing these things on and thought they were kind of gimmicky and wasn't going to work but sure enough this thing actually keeps my phone really freaking cool. The metal plate on the front side actually has some sort of thing that actually gets icy cool and really chills the phone down pretty good and then the fans on top of it seem to dissipate quite a bit of heat and I'm not even sure how it works exactly but the numbers on the back will start out at a certain temperature and continue to go down until it hits about -3 so I'm assuming that's about the coldest it gets my phone down too. And one of the other things I really like about this thing is usually just using this as a stand to prop my phone up onto just to watch YouTube videos and stuff like that and the cool added LEDs coming out of the background kind of almost make it seem like my TV kind of with the cool colorful Ambiance going on behind. Overall I highly recommend this thing and it's actually worth the money where I thought it was just going to be a big waste

As soon as I pulled on it the end of the spring came right out.

This phone cooler is stellar other than its portability. I don’t believe this works when it's not plugged in..... I find that to be a huge design flaw but while it works it's like amazing at cooling down my phone. I use it when I'm charging with a portable magnetic charger (they overheat so fast!) this fan keeps my phone at a solid temperature :) beware though- the fans will suck up your hair or whatever's around it.

Okay, so this is a niche product for sure. I have a smaller version of this without the stand and it worked well for a while. With COD Mobile I like to use a PS4 controller so a stand is required. However my gaming phone gets pretty toasty with settings maxed out while playing. Especially if you are charging as well! This item solves all those problems and gives me a console-like experience on the go. The build quality is robust and steady, pretty quiet, and well-built. The RGB fans are pretty cool and move a good bit of air. The cooling plate gets sub-zero, according to the temp readout(lol), and keeps the thermals down during intense gaming sessions. Highly recommended.

My wife wanted this because she wanted to use the cooler on her phone while at the pool in the Texas summer heat. As it happens, the cooler portion cannot operate on a charge, only while plugged in.Given that, the cooler does a great job of cooling the phone, and would be great for gaming, or streaming. The stand is adjustable height and has a sturdy, weighty base so should be suitable on any desk or table.

Nice item for someone who has everything. Easy to put together and use. The cooking fans work well to keep your phone cool. Good value for the price.
