Great Post OP swelling faja
I ordered this due to the fact i am on week 3 of mommy makeover. My swelling is starting to slowly go down and i was given the advice to try to wear a better compression garment to heal a little more comfortable. I already owe three small ones and they’re so big on my waist but fit just right on my hips. I was nervious about ordering this one in an X-small due to the comments..But i took the risk. It wasnt as hard to put on as the comments had said if your already used to dealing with fajas. Don’t add the straps on until last and loosen them up you don’t want the pressure to snap them. The material is pretty good at first i was like “oh crap is this going to stretch and fit me!” But it did . The compression is just right and just what you can expect from authentic Colombian fajas. I don’t like it when it’s stretchy. Fajas arent meant to be loose or stretchy when they’re supposed to mold and shape up.. or im my case help compress. The faja has cooler material so I don’t see so much sweat occuring which is bad for infection. I really reccomend this faja! I am currently 127 lbs 36C I don’t know my measurements I just measured with dollars. According to the dollar bill measuring i was supposed to go for a small but I want compression and to be able to continue using it after more swelling goes down so i took it in an Xsmall. Can’t see it under clothes even with foams. It doesn’t ride up thanks to the legs bc of the silicone around it.

Diane & Geordi makes GREAT fajas! I am SO happy with my purchase that I became a repeat customer!
I can't believe I didn't review this product yet! I have two of these styles (# 2396) in beige and one in black.I purchased this faja to wear after having smart lipo and liposuction done on my abdomen, flanks and bra back fat in November 2018 after being advised to at my first post op appointment. I was SO glad for that recommendation because this faja changed my life! The surgical garment that I was sent home with was really irritating and it did not compress my entire abdomen. The Diane & Geordi faja made me feel comfortable and provided adequate compression to my entire abdomen and flank area.I do not feel that this faja (or any faja in general) provides significant compression to your upper back area.I started wearing this almost 2 weeks after my surgery but I think I could’ve started sooner had I known about it. My surgeon recommends wearing garments for 1 month after surgery (EVERY surgeon has a different opinion on this) but I found the Diane & Geordi faja to be so comfortable that I actually wore it for 3-4 months total (which is why I had bought 3—so I could rotate and keep them clean). There IS a crotch hole on this garment if you choose to use that feature (I do not—the idea of sitting on the toilet with this and then laying in bed grosses me out). I think the crotch hole on this particular style is a little too thin and short so you’ll probably have to pull it up to actually go to the bathroom but I feel like you’d still soil the garment itself. I personally found it cleaner to just undress and redress every time I used the bathroom.I wash all of my Diane & Geordi fajas in a delicates bag and hang to dry. I have not had any issues with this. I use special detergent that is meant for activewear (Hex laundry detergent) so it does not “clog” the fabric of my clothing normally and cause any lingering odors. If you’re using a standard laundry detergent… less is more is a good rule to live by.I recently purchased a Diane & Geordi style # 2397 liposuction compression garment to recover from my second round of liposuction and smart lipo (abdomen, flanks, bra back fat, inner/outer thighs and knees). Style # 2397 is longer than style # 2396. I think style # 2396 is more comfortable and less restricting than style # 2397. Unless you’re having something done on the inner/outer thighs, I prefer and recommend style # 2396.I wear “Lateral Protectors” (they’re foam boards) with BOTH styles of the Diane & Geordi faja to help make them comfortable. I put the lateral protectors on my sides horizontally and then I place two disposable surgical pads (found at Walmart) directly underneath the snap/zipper closure because I find that hardware irritates my skin after a while. If I find I need more cushion, I just use more disposable surgical pads. I was unable to fit an abdomen board underneath both styles… it was just too tight and uncomfortable. Search the term “lateral protectors” to get those. I wash them in a laundry bag and hang to dry. I actually bought 4 total and have used a lateral protector underneath the snap/zipper closure instead of surgical pads a few times. I HIGHLY recommend this accessory for any faja purchase.I prefer the Diane & Geordi brand to other brand fajas that you can purchase here on Amazon. I tried a couple different ones but I keep going back to Diane & Geordi. If I ever needed a faja in the future, Diane & Geordi will be my first choice. I think they’re more sturdy and comfortable than the competition and I am satisfied with the amount of compression they provide. I think the price is worth the quality that you get.

IT WILL FIT!!
My lymphatic massage lady who is from Columbia recommended this Faja. It’s perfect. Great quality. I didn't believe I'd fit into this because it seems so small and the fabric is so strong that you don't think it'll stretch, but it did. As I'm only 5 weeks post-op TT, flank and lower back lipo, I worked my way in slowly and gently. I got in the first time by having my husband pull the back out over my butt. I didn't need him to help me in the second time; you just have to break it in a little the first time.I could not fit in my lipo foam in there, only my abdominal board and lumbar board. I also couldn’t clip it up all the way because my torso isn’t that long. So I left 2 open at the top and folded under. The V area is the main drawback to this faja in my opinion. It's far too small and squeezes my lady bits out through the opening (sorry, TMI). It's quite uncomfortable! To fix this, I inserted a 5x9 gauze pad (or a Maxi pad will do) inside the opening once I got it on so my girl wouldn't fall out. Lol I also HIGHLY suggest getting a pee funnel because it is a LIFESAVER and you won't have to worry about soiling your faja since the opening isn't wide enough (at least not for my liking). Aside from that, this holds and compresses REALLY well.My measurements: I’m 5’7, 140, 27” waist, 40” hips, I ordered a S
