Not truly velcro attached
Bought the sheath as wanted one that attaches to the belt by folding over velcro straps rather than sliding a belt through a loop. This product has a tiny belt loop on the back (more for a dress belt) than a robust belt and the velcro strap allows for a narrow belt as well. The magnetic closure has little magnetism so be ready to lose the contents of the sheath if bending over and brushing up to anything.

A Good Deal
Let start by sharing I do not use it for it's original intended purpose. But use it to store chapstick, a small cologne atomizer and mints. And it meets my needs perfectly. It is clearly well constructed and the material firm. The magnetic closure feature effectively keeps my items from moving or slipping out. Only time can tell how durable it really is but for now I am pleased with my purchase.
