It does the job what indented to do. I'm an Uber driver and needed a heating lunch box, this is my second different box, previous one was different brand was disappointed. The lunch box are good quality and sturdy with great design and not difficult to close. Easy clean up especially under the top cover unlike others requires details attention. The heating method is on point, few times I left too long 40 mins it was piping hot. The bag is not bulky that's a plus, utensils good quality little big, I appreciated it comes with two containers along with silicone covers. Only wish that plug in were other side.

I wanted to toast my bagels & English muffins for breakfast away from home. While this isn't meant for that, the heating unit is powerful enough to brown them using butter on them. So I was pleased. Then I used it to reheat meals and I was pleased. Im glad I got the larger size because one item I heated up was corn on the cob & the unit handled the length well. I have even heated up water for tea & it was good. The one thing I wish it had was the divided tray - maybe as an aftermarket item.

Compact and heats well. Doesn't take long to heat a full meal in the car using the 12v charger.

I have used this product daily for the past 6 or so months. It's GREAT. I ride around in my patrol car and I can easily bring a meal, warm it up, and have a delicious meal. This is a quality product.

I've been using this lunch box for work the last 2 years and it's been holding up pretty well. I'd say it's very durable and the heating element has been working just fine so far. I feel the value for the money is there and stands the test of time pretty well.

I purchased this item to use on road trips to allow for less stops at fast food restaurants. The product does get very hot on the bottom, so I recommend placing a hot pad under it while heating. I had to add water to the food to prevent it from drying out while heating and it took about 60 minutes to get the food hot. After two uses, this product showed heat marks inside the unit and on the stainless inserts. Overall, I love the concept, but I’m worried it’s going to get too hot and have to monitor it often.
