I was referred to this brand by my lymphatic drainage massage therapist. This shaker plate is easy to use/set up with a nice blue vibrant color, similar to the picture. I have not set up the handle as I do not need it right now. It comes with a remote control and you can control the speed and turn it off. Also, I read others saying it had a loud motor, but this is very quiet. The cord is not that long, but other than that, this is a great product.

I LOVE my Lifepro vibration plate. I have TWO degenerative neuromuscular disease. Prognosis: quadriplegia. I refuse! Exercise is my only treatment. I am rebuilding muscle fibers faster thea they are dying. Yeah!! On days when I am not well enough for my full training, I use my Lifepro to work my muscles in a more passive way.
