My spouse is a big bourbon drinker and these were a gift for him . We host a lot of dinners with drinks and the decanter and glasses look lovely displayed on our bar! They're bottom heavy and perfectly thick to be sturdy and comfortable to drink from. The mountain design is so gorgeous! And the packaging it came in was amazing! It came in a beautiful display box and the outer box was even sleek and pretty. They come across as a very pricey gift without breaking the bank! Highly recommend!!

The media could not be loaded. We got this gift for our friends who absolutely love it! Heavy duty glass and the mountain etch makes it very unique! I read the reviews and they’re right there is a film inside of the glasses that needs rinsed out and let to air dry, but once you do that they’re completely see through and beautiful! Love these and recommend for gifting, just rinse out beforehand!

My husband loved this set! It was a Christmas gift. It displays well and the glasses are heavy just like they should be!

First off, this set brings the energy from the start. The wooden box is pretty awesome and who doesn't love to get something that has gravitas like this? I know if I was given this as a gift I would be impressed with the "unboxing" and grande feel of the item, because it is packaged just so nicely and thoughtfully.But unfortunately the first thing you notice when you open the box is the haze. Yup, haze. Are they plastic? Wait no they can't be. Maybe they are used? Nope just DIRTY! What in the actual frick? Yeah the other reviews aren't lying these come out of the box looking terrible, like dollar store glass that's been kicked around since the Carter administration.A quick cleaning and they are clear. But why can't the manufacturer package these clean and polished? In my restaurant, I wouldn't give someone free ice water in a $1 glass without polishing it, yet this company feels comfortable selling these like that, as a premium product? Pardon the pun but that lacks the lustre.Turns out that was a canary in the coal mine for this set. While it is a perfectly good set that performs it's functions, as a premium product it falls flat. I know they say it's all about first impressions, but that can't be the best part or you have disappointed buyers. I'll break it down below:PROs-Really heavy sham, nice "everest" detail that make the glass even heavier in the hand. The weight of it is my favorite part-Fit in hand. The size/shape of these make for a nice grip. Just square enough, a spot for the pinky comfortably on the bottom. ✔️-Amazing packaging. I'll use the box for something, of that I'm sure!CONs-The haze. C'mon man! This is unacceptable.-Low quality crystal. Unfortunately this item (even after washing off the film) is fairly well covered in micro-scratches and irregularities, and they really aren't all that clear. At least not "crystal clear" (there goes another pun)-Everest design could go either way. Looks and feels nice but is at least a little kitschyOverall, it's a great set that would really impress most people. I do fear that the demographic this was specifically designed for (whiskey afficionado on the side of affluent) may not be as impressed by it as the giver of the gift. Truth is, if you already have a nice decanter set, this might be a re-gift.I would still recommend this item, but I would also recommend cleaning and polishing before giving as a gift!

Ordered this decanter set for a wedding gift for a couple that loves to hike in the mountains. This set is beautiful! It is fairly heavy and has a nice decorative box. The mountains are very well done. It is a perfect gift for an outdoorsy person.

The actual glasses and decanter are nice, good weight and look as advertised. But like others said, it was covered in dust. The outside of the box had a label that said it was silica dust from the silica packet. I feel uncomfortable washing them and calling it good unless they can guarantee it's food grade silica.I may have kept the set despite the dusty glassware, but the hinges on the storage box were already rusted! There was red dust all over the outer box and every hinge was rusting, some looked almost rusted through.If you don't care about these things and love the mountain etchings, this product is maybe worth the $60. For me, I wasn't impressed with the set enough to look past these quality control issues. I sent it back and ordered my second choice
