It contains over 140 active substances, the strongest are rosavin and salidroside, which are both standardised in these, so you know how much you are getting.Adaptogens improve your body's own resistance to stress and a study showed this may help with burn-out. Studies also support its use for fatigue, depression, to improve brain function, manage diabetes, and to improve exercise performance. It may have cancer fighting properties, although I don't think there are human studies yet.I am going through menopause and suffering from tiredness, so maybe these will help.The article I read said to take these on an empty stomach but not before bed time, as it can have a slightly stimulating effect.500 mg seems like a typical dose and you only need 1 per day, which is always good. I like that they have not added any vitamins, as I take a multi-vitamin and don't want extra with other supplements.There are cheaper options on Amazon, but not with standardised ingredients. So these are a pretty good price, and made in UK.Especially if you take medications or suffer from health conditions, you might want to consult your GP first. But these are thought to be well tolerated, and without any known serious side effects.Will try and update this later, when I have taken them for a while.This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy.

After learning about adaptogens I've started trying a few just to improve mental performance in a fast paced job. I have used this one for a while now and it seems to provide a small amount of increased concentration which is more than I can hope for, it also comes in at a reasonable price and I like the discreet and easy to store packaging. The only improvement that I'd make is to improve the ingredient quality, there are bulking agents added which I could do without, although in terms of value these are still a good pick

It's a shame this manufacturer decided it was necessary to add bulking and anti caking agents to this product. So many others don't and I really don't need or want it in my diet. Wouldn't order this brand again.

They are labelled as "Made In UK"I normally take high-quality Rhodiola tablets and am always keen to try an alternative like this.Rhodiola Rosea does seem to be a slight mood lightener for me and that is why I take them. These tablets work in the same way as my normal ones do and they seem to have the exact same effect.However, you should take note of the dosage. I take 2000mg and these tablets are 500mg. So, even though there are a total of 60 tablets in a pack that's only two week's worth of continuous supply for me. You will find other brands that sell 1000mg tablets and maybe some that sell 2000mg, although I've never found any of the latter.Pros - the active ingredients work as expectedCons - just make sure you know how long 60x500mg tablets will last you when working out the price.

Great supplement I’ve taken rhodiola before, so understand it’s benefits. I’m just disappointed that the main ingredient in the highest quantity is a billing agent (microcrystalline cellulose). I’d much rather swallow a much smaller capsule or tablet without all the extra stuff in it which isn’t rhodiola.Not sure if I’m getting any benefit from this as I’ve been taking rhodiola before now too.

I have been a long term, seasonal user of this product for maybe 20 years or more, I take it usually in December when I’m at my busiest meeting people at parties, in the events industry day and night for around 3/4 weeks.I’ve found that with much shorter sleep time available, but the demands of hectic days, this product really smoothed out the tiredness and fatigue, along with keeping me positive and perky.This item has a good dosage, a sealed container which I like, and also the tall thing design means I can get many items in my cupboard of supplements, of which I have many.This is a good product I know well.
