I use this for my 8 year old son's hair. It styles it great but doesn't leave it crusty, hard or any residue. The smell is amazing! His teacher asked what we always use because when she is helping him she can smell it and loves the smell. My sister in law started using it on her 3 kids hair because she loved the smell and how great it kept the frizz down on my sons hair, yet styled it so easy. The products smell isn't an overwhelming smell so it shouldn't give one a headache bc I usually get them from strong smells or perfume but have never gotten one from this.
