Seems faster than my other computers although it is not as "top of the line"
was advertised as having Windows 11 Pro operating system. Has Windows 11 Home operating system. However, this device is only for email and risky internet use, so we probably are OK. Performance is better than Windows 10. I am satisfied.

Best Value Tower PC
This Acer costs one third less than a comparable Dell or HP tower. It is two-thirds the size of the Dell XPS tower that it replaced, so it does not take up much space. Setup was simple and quick. I have been using it for 3 weeks now. So far, everything has worked smoothly. It was a pleasant surprise compared to my previous experiences with Dell's and ASUS towers which had non-functioning audio and USB ports and other issues. Recommended!

Not a lot of upgrade space.
This product is a nice mid range gaming set up for a good price. It has a analog HDD for storage and a m.2 512GB SSD drive for OS. I upgraded the m.2 to a 1TB for the os and swap file. I also upgraded the HDD from a 1.5GB to a 4 TB. The memory is sufficient for my applications - Some gaming and video/audio editing. The onboard video is nice. but there is a slot for your own upgraded card. but there's not much room for anything else. The IO on the front (USB SSD and USB-C) I found limited. I would like more access to io on the front panel. There are a few more usb ports on the back that I can access, but that's just a pain. Other than the compact size and the lack of slottage on the front, this PC is a great value and was a needed upgrade for me.

Great computer at a great price.
Just storage, great performance. Does okay with games but, I can only imagine a gaming PC would be better.

died 6 months after I bought it
6/10/21. Update. Acer support is sh*t. I went to their website and typed in my serial number and they said not recognized. Tried a bunch of times. Will go through steps of registering computer then trying to activate warranty. I don't care how good their warranty service is I'm still upset, I suspect they bought a cheap hard drive and that's why it failed. I opened the computer and honestly I can't even identify the hard drive so I know things have changed in the past few years but I am going to have to figure out how to mount the old drive in some kind of usb dock to try to get my information into it and put another drive in. Will probably have to reinstall windows. If the hard drive is crap I have to decide whether to trust the power supply or anything else. Maybe just start over with new machine from better seller. At least then I don't have to install windows. This is June 8th, I bought this in October. I have been using this computer for work for maybe 4 months although I bought it 6 months ago. Today it refused to boot, failed to recognize boot device. I tried many times this morning to restart it, have not started real troubleshooting of pulling parts out and stuff. But I am very disappointed, I paid almost $700 for this computer and was fully relying on it, paid to install software that I will probably have to pay for again, not to mention being forced to get another computer up to speed for my work. I am shocked that this computer died. I am certain I can buy a bargain basement older used refurbished computer for $200 that will last for 50 years. But this computer died after not even 6 months of use. Have to find out about Acer's support for their product now. If it's good, I can change the review. For now, am putting 3 stars for tech support because I haven't even called them yet. But to be honest, I don't even want to have to call them. Moral of the story for me, I never plan to buy another Acer computer again, almost no matter what happens when I call Acer for support. I will buy Dell or HP probably. My backup computer that I switched to is HP.

Powerful from the start. Great speed. Great price.
Using for basic home use. Very fast start up and internet speeds. Only comes with CPU, keyboard and mouse, but well worth it fir price. Added sound and monitor. Very happy with purchase.

Not the computer that’s advertised
It does the job for me but just barely. I added a GPU with 2 GB Memory to help take the load off of it. That did help. More helpful though would have been had I known it had only one expansion slot. You will need to upgrade this box if you expect to do anything that requires very much graphics. If I had paid closer attention to it when it arrived I would have returned it.
