I brought this boat in advance of my son’s birthday. But when we took it on the lake, the steering mechanism didn’t work! I’ve messaged the seller but had no reply and Amazon say I’m past the return date! Not very happy at all!!

I ordered this VOLANTEXRC Brushless RC Boat with remote control for my husband.It's a very impressive looking speed boat that arrives in a large box and the body is sleek in lime green.We've only ever had remote control cars and largely for our 5 year old son.The brushless RC boat is definitely not a toy and is expertly made with state of the art craftmanship.The product has a internal water coolant unit to ensure the device doesn't over-heat and maintains a consistent temperature whilst reaching up to a top speed of 30 miles per hour.It takes some practice to master the remote as the speed boat can topple from side to side to begin with.Other than initial practice, it's very easy to control the speed and direction of travel.We found it challenging to decide where to test out the RC speed boat. It's not suitable for small ponds, lakes or rivers where there's a lot of wildlife.It has a low battery alarm which is very useful to ensure you recover the boat in sufficient time.The capsize recovery option is extremely handy to ensure you can 'right' the boat to the correct position.It's very fun to watch and to keep children and adults entertained. It's not always possible to clearly see where the RC speed boat is travelling.It may be beneficial to pair this with a drone for some excellent footage of it zipping along the water.Overall, a great quality product at a very competitive price for the quality.

My husband and son absolutely love this!Great fun, surprisingly fast and very cool looking with the green design making it look like a quality remote control boat.The controls are easy enough for my 7 year old up use.Decent battery life - hasn't run out of power on any of the trips we've taken it on (so no disappointed children) and we just charge back up when home.Great piece of kit for a reasonable price.Very happy boys here!

This RC boat is so much fun, it has a great power to it and can go incredibly fast. The self righting feature has saved me many times. Would definitely recommend this!

This thing can move! It speeds it way through water and is epic to play with. Adults love it, kids love it. It's a great kit.

Took this to the lake, within 2-3 it was burnt

The media could not be loaded.  Wowzers - A speedboat! I'd read that this was fast, but I didn't expect it to be as fast as it was!I quite like R/C cars - but I've never had an R/C boat before. It took me a long time to figure out how to open the lid - you just slide the lever and it should lift off, I think mine is slightly deformed because it too ALOT of prising to finally lift it open.I charged up the battery with the included battery charger - it's fairly slow and did get quite warm - but I was ready to go and head down to a lake.I found the transmitter wouldn't work with rechargeable AA batteries - which is a shame, so if you were planning to use some NiMH batteries, you may need to get some Alkaline's instead.On the water this thing was rapid, I tried going slow and steady, but you could tell it's not designed to plod about, turning at low speed is strained, but at high speed it'll switch direction with zero hesitation, I did manage to roll the boat over in the middle of the lake, thankfully it self-righted and I was able to come ashore.Batteries use a standard connector so replacements should be easy to find, it comes with some spare parts already too, all in all if you have access to open water this is a really fun thing.

La lancha en principio promete es pequeña y bonita, pero tras su uso todo son problemas. Filtra agua y se llena de la misma en cantidad peligrosa, más si lleva componentes electrónicos y una batería con conector abierto de equilibrado si hace un corto tienes un problema de seguridad. Aparte la calidad es muy justa muy producto asiático, y la tornillería es malísima oxidándose al primer uso increíble en una barca que se supone que es para el agua. la electrónica lo mismo se rompe al primer uso el servo, pues sus engranajes de plástico no aguanta el estrés del uso, la pintura igual se salta toda con las salpicaduras del agua te la deja llena de picotazos y queda como si tuviera ya 300 usos. Por eso mismo yo no la volvería a comprar pues son más los problemas que la diversión, aparte indica dos baterías y solo incluye una , una gran decepción.

Schönes kleines, schnelles Rennboot zum solo fahren oder als Rettungsboot für größere Boote. Das Boot ist sehr wendig und macht auch in der Größe enormen Spaß. Der Deckel ist absolut dicht, Wasser im Innenraum ist nur bei exzessiven Tauchaktionen nach 180 Grad Wenden. Die angegebene Geschwindigkeit habe ich nicht gemessen, fühlt sich aber realistisch an. In Pools würde ich das Teil nicht fahren, dafür ist es zu schnell.Alter würde ich ab 10 + sehen, macht aber auch Papa enormen Spaß
