Tried two and both didn't not work at all. Terrible quality control. The pad on the back was also ripped off both of them as well. Do not waste you time with this seller.

My teenage son's Samsung Galaxy A13 5G phone's fingerprint sensor/power button stopped working. This repair was an easy 5 minute fix. All tools needed were included. The only issue I had was the plastic tool to pry open the back of the phone was too soft and flimsy to get the job done. I used a small metal spatula to get the back off, then tweezers to unplug the defective button/fingerprint reader, remove the metal clip holding it in place, plugged in the replacement, replaced the clip and snapped the back phone cover back into place. Job done. Works like new!

On the photo you can see the original broken button: A13 R02 and P2214NF - I have no idea which one is the part number. The product I got with this order fits well as a replacement. Previously I've ordered a different one from a different vendor and it did not fit. Specifically, pay attention to the length of the wire near the button itself, before the first 90 degrees turn, it should be relatively short as on the original button. If it is longer - it would not work.

Apparently the little ribbon on these power buttons fail frequently (as in cuts/tears into two pieces). Watched a YT video and followed the directions. You need to be a little patient, but it brought my old A13 back from the black screen of death so I could power it up and transfer my data. Glad I gave it a shot.

LISTEN INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT Follow a YouTube guide, the one I watched was a short, its not a long process. HOWEVER, my power button worked ONE TIME, so the second you get your phone back on turn on the tap to turn on function in settings and don't let the phone die. It got my phone back alive, but it did not continue working.

Disappointed

Works great, fingerprint works, however it is a mother fudger to get in and both button and metal clip thingy only goes in one way if you put in wrong way youl destroy ribbon cable.

I thought that the button was not going to fit correct but it fits in good and functions properly. Hopefully it's lasts. Will be buying for of these for my customers.

Don't waste your money I have bought 2 now and one lasted 2 days the other had a kink in the conducter/wire right from factory.
