Sure Klean Weather Seal Siloxane PD - 5 Gallons

I just had a new flagstone patio, along with an existing one that I had to get re grouted. After the grout had cured for about three weeks in the hot GA sun, I applied this sealer. It works! We have had non stop rain for weeks and the rain just runs off or beads up. I can blow the wetness off with a leaf blower after the rain. The added benefit is my grout stays in place instead of eroding away and since the moisture can't penetrate, No mildew! Excellent product. I easily spread this withe a pump sprayer and evened it out whit a dry paint roller. My Advice; let it cure three days before getting it wet.

This product was recommended to us by our bricklayer. We first applied it 7 years ago on new stone and mortar. It was on a south facing surface. All the parts still protected by eaves are still repelling water. The lower portion had to be recoated this year.. The product is easy to use with a pump-up style garden sprayer. We purchased the 5 gallon container and did the entire stone front of a medium sized home. It appears we used only 3 gallons of the 5, so it went further than we expected.

A little tricky waiting for the right application conditions, not too hot, not too cold, and no rain in the forecast. But once the product is applied and cured, water beads off the concrete like I’ve never seen before. It’s very impressive. My dog was actually chasing water beads as they ran down the concrete driveway.

My flagstone was in dire need of sealing. This product went on easy with a pump sprayer, was virtually invisible after it dried, and is working greet. Highly recommend.

It worked great, transparent so I do not need to repaint the wall. Unfortunately Home Depot does not have it
