Solid Chair
The chair seems solid and as expected for the price point. Careful with assembly as others have pointed out, some bolts and washers are of similar size. The packaging is not the best, seems like it was on a heck of a ride when I opened the box with the bolts the bag had broke and it was kind of a mess. Nothing was damaged though. Assembly was not hard. My only concern is the tilt lock doesn't seem to work - but it may be that I'm doing something wrong.

Cheap but functions well in all aspects. Great product for the mass.
All plastic, no soft parts. Does a good job up, down, back, lock or swirl. Back support is just the right amount. A little bit cheap looking but serves the purpose. I wrote this after a year and half usage. Nothing broke yet. I have seen many other chairs at this price level are already worn out at this stage and not as nearly comfy as this chair.

Perfect chair
This chair is exactly as described. Very comfortable and great support. Easy to assemble with the tools provided but use the # 11 washer in step 2 as it is critical to have enough # 12 washers for step 3. I had to undo step 2 to proceed with step 3. I will buy this chair again.

Great chair
The chair arrived quickly and was easy to put together. I find it to be comfortable, but solid. I don't expect it to fall apart as quickly as other chairs I've purchased. I also like that I was able to adjust it to my preference and the desk height. I would purchase again!

Very happy with this chair
Very happy with this chair. It's comfortable and will easily hold a couple of larger office workers (250 lbs.+), yet it is not too large for our small office.
