A good tool that's almost great
My ears, one of them in particular, is persistently itchy. Sometimes weeks pass without me noticing, sometimes it's almost agonizing on a daily basis. I try to keep my ears clean, using Qtips on the outside (not in the canal, TYVM). When I saw this, I knew I had to try it.The Bebird ear wax removal tool is an interesting tool. I connected it with an iPad because it has a large screen and the Wi-Fi connection is less of a hindrance there than on a phone. I find Wi-Fi connections to generally be a nuisance and would vastly prefer Bluetooth, but I'm guessing the Wi-Fi chip is cheaper and has better throughput for streaming. In any case, connection was simple and straightforward. Within moments, the camera was streaming clear images to my iPad.A small rubber safety ring (very similar to a rubber earbud fitting) goes onto the shaft to avoid inadvertantly sticking it too deeply into the ear canal. This safety measure is ironically one of my biggest frustrations. It works well, warning you by feel if you're going too deep, but it has to be removed before the device can be turned off. Why on earth do I have to uninstall and reinstall that rubber ring every time I use this? In future, I'll probably ignore it and just try to be careful. The lid, which turns the device off, connects magnetically.Even when compressed, the safety ring prevents the lid from going on. It's really irritating. When not in use, the tool has a ring it can be stored in, which holds other tips. Unfortunately there's no place there for the safety ring. I know, I'm tired of thinking about that thing too. I won't bring it up again. There are three types of tips - a rounded scoop, mushroom-esque tip, and a soft black fabric tip (four of each). The picture shows three pictures of the rounded and mushroom tips; I received the pink and blue tips, but the white ones are replaced by the black fabric tips for me. Additionally, the tip can be removed from the head, revealing a pair of responsive tweezers. All of the attachments I've tried work well. Cleaning the tips was also straightforward.Image quality was good and I was impressed that rotating the device doesn't rotate the image streamed to my iPad. It can be set as right or left ear, which properly mirrors the image for easier navigation. It's a clever system that works well and I had no issues cleaning my own ears. It was a bit strange to look that closely inside my ears, but I was able to clean better than usual due to actually seeing what was going on.If it weren't for the annoyance of... that which must not be mentioned, I'd be over the moon. I do wish the largely decorative storage base also functioned as a charger, but the USB C plugin on the bottom of the tool is a minor inconvenience. By the time I was done cleaning both ears, the tool had gotten noticeably warm. I've only used it a couple of times; if I run into durability issues, I'll update this review.

Nice Update to the Note 5
Since the item page has good photos, and it has a good description of this product, I will not bother adding pictures or more of a description.I've reviewed a few of these devices, and the light and the picture seem to be on par with the other devices. The device seems to be a good device. Just like the other devices, you just need to be careful how far you go, and go SLOW just in case there is a delay in camera updates. Another thing I did notice, but not on the others, is that the unit (the part that goes into your ear) gets warm after using it after a while. The unit comes with a base, but it is not a charging base. If you want to keep it charged, you have to remove it from the base, and connect the unit with a USB-C cable (cable included but no charger) to a charger. I find that not having the base as a charger is silly. The base itself is storage for the tips to clean your ear.As far as the tweezer availability, I like that it has this availability. To operate the tweezer, you squeeze the unit with 2 fingers to open and close the tweezer (normally open).

solid product good value
I have had a few different brands of these devices. This one is not in the higher end price range, so it is a good value for what you get.Pros: excellent camera resolution, has tweezers built in (though I haven't got the hang of operation yet), tips are soft silicone, there is a magnetic closure to the top, it comes with extra tips and tools and a stand.Cons: the stand is not a charging stand, the stand is kind of cheap looking plastic, the device itself is kind of a light aluminum that doesn't seem that sturdy, device will get hot at the top when using. The app is ok, not the best but better than some. I find that the bebird devices work with the app I use for a higher end device, so I just use that one.For the price, this is a pretty good quality item and the camera resolution is terrific especially for the price,

This ear wax removal tool connects to your phone easily via the app. The camera is easy to use, the images are clear and the included tips allow you to remove ear wax easily. This one comes with a stand, so keeping it on your sink area is simple. The tips store inside of the stand, so they are easy to access.
