We considered about a dozen options and this has turned out to be a great choice. The gate is quite substantial and very sturdy. Similar gates do not come with the metal stands but fortunately this does. Could not be more happy with this item. It looks great!

This gate is perfect if you have an area that can’t easily fit a doorway installed gate. Keeps my large dog out of the dining room. It’s got some weight to it, but the smaller hinged end pieces move very easily for a makeshift door. Definitely recommend if you have a large dog and want to keep them out of a certain area. Looks nice too!

The gate looks good and works for the intended purpose. I feel that it needs a couple more feet stabilizers to be completely stable. It has been bumped several times and fallen over. The purpose is to keep my dogs out of the den, which it does as long as it is standing upright.

This portable gate is durable and well-made. A little heavy to move around if you get the four panel one. Does the job of partitioning off but don’t expect it to hold up if a big dog jumps on it. Like that it has the foot stands. It is stylish and versatile… a little high priced as with everything nowadays!

This gate is exactly what I wanted. It’s sturdy but not extremely heavy so it’s easier to move around. This gate comes with legs which is helpful. Many of the gates I looked at didn’t come with legs. I did have an issue with shipping, but the seller took care of it. Great customer service

My stairs have an odd shape at the end and this covers the whole stairs and I didn’t want to commit to one spot so I love that I can move it to other areas of the house without committing to one spot by drilling. I love that the ends swing both ways ! My dog (lab mix) is not a pusher or doesn’t jump or try to forced herself through it so I knew it would work for us. But if your dog is a jumper and shoves I wouldn’t recommend this as it’s easy to push out the way. With that being said I love the product so far.

A great product. It looks good, is sturdy, goid weight, and versatile. We have a new stray cat that is very quick to run out the door when we let the dog out. Of course the cat could jump over the gate but this gate gives us more reaction time. It will also come in handy elsewhere in the house.

Quick Verdict: This gate is really well built and looks great in the home — no more ugly makeshift barriers. It’s flexible, sturdy, and has held up perfectly against my very active mixed bull terrier pup. More in Detail: I needed something to block off part of the house for my dog, and this turned out to be the perfect solution. It’s solidly made with thick wooden panels and comes with metal support feet that give it extra stability. It also comes with some soft rubber bits that you can stick on the gate so it doesn't ruin the paint of your wall. I love how flexible it is — the panels rotate so you can set it up in different shapes, and if needed, you can unscrew a panel to use it in a smaller space so very easy to use and install. It also folds up easily when not in use. My pup is very energetic and loves rough play, and this gate has definitely held up to the test. It also blends in nicely with the rest of the home — much better than using cardboard or temporary fencing. Highly recommend for anyone needing a clean-looking and reliable barrier. Because of its flexibility it can fit quite nicely in most places - I unscrewed half and put it on my stairs. It doesn't weight too much not too heavy. Overall very functional and very good value for money as I see this product very durable

I was so delighted when I opened this freestanding dog gate that I actively sought out Amazon in order to leave a positive review. Something I don’t often do. So, what’s to be impressed with? Well the quality of the product. It’s well made, looks good, love the deep colour, it’s heavy and robust. The packaging is good and it arrived quickly in A1 condition. As a dog gate (I have a 37lb Rottweiler), it forms a good solid, tall barrier, especially with the two metal feet provided. It folds neatly and stores away beautifully. I’m really happy with it. Very good gate. We used it to contain a kitten. Works well as the kitten cannot climb it. Eventually as the kitten grew he was able to jump it. By that time the gate had served it's purpose.
