Would two if these fit im scared to ride my e-bike now. My tire fell off in traffic

It's possible to fit on both the left and right sides if your motor has cable exiting the side of the axle. But if the wire exits the end of the axle, then to fit one on the wire side you'll need to cut off and reattach the electrical connectors as they won't usually fit through the cutout of the torque arm plate.

Is this a pair for both sides or just one?

It is a pair. It has several adjustments to make seeing on side and behind easy.

I have a 1500 w front hum motor. Will it work for this set up?

If you have a hub motor with M14 axle diameter that is machined to 10mm on the flats, then it will work with power levels up to 1500 watts pretty well. But I wouldn't be comfortable putting that much power through an M12 axle which doesn't have nearly as much bite against spinout.
