This is my first time using turmeric. The capsules are large and can't be cut (turmeric is powder), so I have some trouble with them.I haven't felt any negative effects from this, but I can't say I've noticed any positive effects either. I gave it 5 stars because the product is accurately advertised and I have had no adverse affects. The benefits of supplements vary greatly with use and are evaluated on an individual basis.

Pills are easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste and your fingers or hands don't get stained from tumeric. While 3 pills a day is a bit much to take if you take a lot of other vitamins, they are an easy size for most to swallow. Price is pretty good for a 30 day supply. I would buy again.

I take turmeric for its anti inflammatory effects. This formulation packs an impressive 1500 mg per 3 capsule serving. The capsules are on the smaller end, making them easy to swallow. No adverse side effects to report. Zero aftertaste. I love that this formula includes Bio Perrin which increases the bio availability of turmeric in the body.

These are definitely easy to swallow. Color was a nice rich turmeric color.I took them with food and they didn't upset my stomach at all. Definitely a great solution for taking tumeric in a different form.

This is turmeric and curcumin with bioperine black pepper extract to help with absorption. It has 150 mg of curcumin which is the extract of turmeric that has the effective anti-inflammatory properties. The rest of the turmeric is just basic turmeric. The serving size is 3 capsules so this amounts to a 1 month supply. The bottle came freshly sealed with an outer plastic seal and an inner seal. I like that this is just basic turmeric and curcumin extract and not a formula. If I had one criticism, the ratio of extract to turmeric could be better, that way you wouldn't have to take 3 capsules to get the full benefit of the curcumin dose. However, the capsules are easy to swallow.

Unlike many supplements I have taken these capsules are easy to swallow. This is important for a senior citizen. Their benefits or lack of will take some time to be determined.

Futurebiotics Turmeric + Curcumin 1500 MG , has good ingredients that are supposedly good for us. These gummies taste good and are easy to chew. Only time will tell if they improve my health
