Top Secret Recipes Classics

A great book.

After being a regular visitor to the USA I was delighted to find this book. It allowed me to create some of my favourite American food without the fat. The KFC macaroni cheese was just like the original. My family could not tell the difference. Taco Bell's chicken soft taco were so easy to prepare it made me feel like a gourmet chef in the kitchen. Thankyou Todd for bringing America to Britain.

Mostly based for those in the USA, here in the UK you can fnd most or a simular item to use. I love anything that gives short cuts or you can get the same at home. (remember how much it costs at the shop)

I absolutely love the recipes that Todd Wilbur does. I find most of the recipes to be very good clones, with some to be either spot on or even better than the originals. Additionally, I love the fact that almost all of the recipes use ingredients that MOST everyday consumers would have in their homes, instead of rare & exotic ingredients that cost insane amounts of money & are only available for 2 weeks out of the year... In specific regional locations (Anyone who is more than a novice cook knows what I'm talking about here). I have since purchased at least 6 of Todd Wilbur's books & although a few of the books have duplicate recipes, I am very happy to keep experimenting with these wonderful & easy to follow recipes.

What a great book. Ever wanted to know how to cook those delicious restaurant recipes? How about making them just as good, but with a whole lot less fat? Then this is the book for you. I especially love the Olive Garden chicken parmesan recipe. I've never gotten crispy chicken from the oven before!

This is a good book. There several recipes for places I have never gone to or were not offered at my locations. I look forward to trying and serving something different to my family.

This was purchased as a gift for my daughter, the avid cook. She had used some of the recipes and liked them, so she wanted the book. She has shared some of the results of the recipes and they are quite good.
