If you have a cold that's mainly in your throat or lungs you need to buy this. I had a cold of such that was lingering on until I found this cold buster. It doesn't make you feel groggy like cold medicine does. It worked immediately and felt benefits the next day if taking it. I normally will take it at night before sleeping when I have a cold.
