This is a sex toy. Has tons of functions if that is what you want it for. This doesn't strengthen your pelvic floor. Very misleading. If you really need help due to stress incontinence like sneezing this is not it.

I do feel a difference in my underneath since using this during sex. I do feel that it is a little too big, when inserting it is a little uncomfortable, but I try to make sure I am well moisturized before using. I use it for 5 minutes a day and it is very easy. I watched a lot of Youtube videos and they seem to help. I did not like that the app said sex toy on it and did not want anyone to use my phone and see that so I did not download it.
