Great machine!
I assembled this machine in my own; it took a while (I cannot remember how long, because I put it together in stages) because the instructions are not as straightforward as they could have been.However, I got there and I use it daily and store it upright on completion of my training. It's brilliant and my biceps and abdomen are so much firmer with thirty minutes a day use over four days.My only concern are the black, plastic compressor (??) parts. They are quite thin and I am already concerned they might split, hence the removal of one star.

Very shaky
I don’t like the fact that it wobbles everywhere and is not sturdy at all. The clock doesn’t work either. Seat is ok but very wobbly. I wouldn’t buy it again
