Will not hold up
I have had this product together for maybe two days now and one of the rods already broke. I didn't expect much for it being $20 but I expected more than that.

Poorly Made
This item arrived today and the box was in perfect condition. However, the tubular cross bars are thin, and when I tried to slide them into the slots of the uprights, two of the end caps snapped off immediately. I am returning this item. The manufacturer did reach out to me and refunded my purchase price quickly. They also shipped me a replacement unit at no cost which I was really surprised and pleased with, however the end caps that snap into the uprights are still not made well and are prone to break. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this shoe rack and will be giving it to someone else. Some sort of screw into the middle of the end caps seem like they would provide more support and help ensure that the end caps would not snap off. Back to the drawing board.....

Complacida, contenta y organizada
Conste que sin pedir reembolso ni un nuevo artículo leyeron mi opinión anterior y me escribieron muy preocupados para enviar un nuevo artículo si yo lo quería y gratis , acepté y lo recibí en sólo 3 días, llegó muy bien protegido en doble caja con todas las piezas nuevas, ahora soporta con más fortaleza el peso de los zapatos ya que las rueditas entran perfectamente al estar todo nuevoAnterior dije que al extenderlo es muy largo como se aprecia en la foto y ese era uno de los motivos además de la altura por lo que escogí comprar este modeloEstoy muy contenta este organizador se ajusta al espacio que uno quiera, caben muchos zapatos y se acabó el reguero , lo que aconsejo es dejar en un lugar fijo cuando tenga los zapatos encima y no arrastrar porque si son zapatos que pesan mucho puede doblarse un poco los tubos horizontales si está extendido al máximoMuchas gracias al vendedor al servicio al cliente y a Amazon por preocuparse y leer los comentarios de los compradores, nunca pensé que harían algo así tan rápido.. buen trabajo y detalle.

Inferior product, poor quality.
I wasn't expecting much since it was under $25, however, it should have been MUCH better. First, the product was damaged, but the box was in perfect shape. How does that happen? -Poor quality control. The 2 metal side pieces were deformed inasmuch as they prevented the whole unit from lining up correctly. This is typical China scrap metal. At full extension, 44 inches, the middle sags under the weight of men's shoes. The construction is utterly inferior. The 4 rods attach into grooves on the side pieces with a poorly molded plastic bushing. This product is a disappointment and I wonder how long it will last.

Lots of storage
I love this product. It holds a ton of shoes, but is compact. Very sturdy. Would absolutely buy again.
