Soft and great lights
The 4 and a half year old I gifted it to loved it. Soft, insane colours and hard to even tell it has batteries in it....took me a minute to find where the battery pack was. Great!

Faulty item with dodgy wiring!
After inserting batteries the item does not work. Further investigation I discovered the wiring inside has been tied in a knot?! Hoping for a smooth returns process.

Fab to start with now not working
Bought as a Christmas gift, lovely was really happy with it, now stopped working, tried multiple different new batteries but nope, one child off to bed sad and cryingOnly been used for 1 month

Did not work
For a little girls birthday, we put brand new batteries in and it didn’t work. Amazon returns process was good.

button doesnt work
I recently purchased two units of this product. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with one of them as the button was non-functional. Upon attempting to initiate a return through Amazon, I faced technical difficulties with the website, which prevented me from successfully processing the return. Despite repeated efforts, I have been unable to resolve this matter, leaving me with a defective product. This experience has been quite challenging and unsatisfactory.
